Sympathetic Senior Services is seeking exceptional Personal Support Workers
(PSWs) across the GTA
Experience 1 year to 2 years
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will assist clients in the activities of personal care, household management services according to the client care plan and in conjunction with Sympathetic Senior Services’ policies and methods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Criminal record check, Medical exam, References
- Current Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
- A current First Aid CPR certificate
- Gentle persuasive Approaches or Montessori Methods of Dementia
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- Availability to work days, evenings, nights and weekends
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work well within a changing environment
